1.Information We Collect
We collect personal information you voluntarily submit when you book a meeting through Calendly or communicate with us directly, including name, email address, organization, and the context you provide in scheduling forms. We do not send that booking content to our analytics provider.
2.Use of Information
We use submitted information to schedule Discovery and Expert Advisory conversations, deliver advisory services, and communicate with you about KERKIS Consulting. When you open a Calendly booking link from this website, we record a single server-side analytics event containing only the selected meeting type, the on-site location of the click, and an anonymous request identifier.
3.Analytics & Cookies
We use PostHog (US Cloud, us.i.posthog.com) for product analytics. PostHog may store a first-party analytics cookie / local storage entry to measure sessions; we do not create person profiles from anonymous browsing and we do not use advertising cookies. Analytics covers page navigation, booking-path clicks, case-study intent events, masked autocaptured interactions, and a server-side confirmation when a Calendly scheduling URL is opened. Session replay is enabled with form inputs masked. Calendly booking fields (name, email, phone, and notes) are never sent to PostHog as analytics properties.
4.Data Protection
KERKIS Consulting takes reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
5.Third-Party Services
We use third-party processors only as needed to operate this website and schedule conversations. Meeting bookings are scheduled through Calendly, which processes the personal data you enter on its forms. PostHog (US Cloud) receives analytics and masked session recordings as described above—not your name, email, organization, or booking notes as event properties. Our advisory engagements are delivered using the EigenAdvisor platform, provided by Eigenify (Smartdata SpA); where an engagement involves client or personal data, Eigenify may act as a technology sub-processor acting under KERKIS's instructions. Each provider processes only the data necessary to deliver its service.
