About KERKIS
What does KERKIS Consulting do?
We provide consulting services in project management, engineering advisory, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business solutions — with a focus on infrastructure, energy, and sovereign assets in the Gulf region.
Where is KERKIS based?
KERKIS Consulting is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We operate internationally with a primary focus on the GCC and broader MENA region.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. While our core market is the GCC and broader MENA region, we support clients across different countries and industries wherever complex project intelligence is required.
What industries does KERKIS serve?
We work across infrastructure and ports, energy and renewables, real estate and deep tech, government and sovereign entities, and EPC contractors. Our advisory is engineered for the assets and contracts that define sovereign development.
Services & Technology
Does KERKIS provide software solutions?
We deploy EigenAdvisor as part of our advisory engagements. Clients do not procure software separately — the platform is configured, embedded and operated by KERKIS within the context of each engagement. We are a consulting firm; the technology is one of the instruments we bring to deliver results.
What is EigenAdvisor?
EigenAdvisor is an institutional memory platform developed by Eigenify. It connects your organization's dispersed knowledge — contracts, documents, operational data — and cites every answer to its exact source. KERKIS deploys and configures EigenAdvisor within infrastructure, EPC, and sovereign advisory engagements, ensuring the platform is calibrated to your contracts, standards, and terminology from day one.
What is a Capabilities Audit?
A Capabilities Audit is our first-phase engagement where we map your documental estate, governance structures, and decision bottlenecks. It produces a defensible baseline for deployment of advisory and technology resources.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Engagements vary by scope. An initial Discovery Meeting or Expert Advisory Call is 60 minutes. Full PMO Embedment programs typically run 3 to 12 months. We allocate capacity selectively to ensure depth over volume.
Working With Us
How do I start an engagement with KERKIS?
Book a Discovery Meeting (free, 60 min) to explore an operational problem and a possible Operational Brain pilot, or book an Expert Advisory Call (USD 500, 60 min) when you need a senior session on a concrete problem. Both are scheduled directly on Calendly with Miguel.
How is confidentiality handled?
All engagements operate under strict confidentiality protocols. Client identities, project details, and strategic information are never disclosed or referenced without explicit authorization.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. Three cases are documented end to end at /cases — the method, the full figure set, the assumptions each figure rests on, and what remains open. They are published with authorization and with client identities withheld. The sectors are stated plainly and none of the three is an infrastructure program; what transfers between them is the method, not the industry.
What makes KERKIS different from large consulting firms?
We do not delegate to junior teams. Every engagement is managed and executed by Senior Partners who have operated on real EPC programs. We provide engineering depth and executive accountability — not a methodology framework handed to analysts.
How can I contact KERKIS?
Book a time on this site (Discovery Meeting or Expert Advisory Call) or write to [email protected]. Initial conversations are held personally at partner level.
